Over the 5 weeks you will learn about macro-nutrients, healthy nutrition tips, and stick to a strict diet regime set to your personalised calorie intake.
Everything you need to do is right there in the diet plan and it is set up in 3 different strategic phases to help you get the best outcome possible.
You will also be required to dedicate yourself to an active lifestyle and train at least 3 times per week, chances are the more you train the better your end results will be, however often you plan to train we will account for this in your personalised plan.
